Vineyard Sunrise Terms and Conditions

1. About Vineyard Sunrise
Vineyard Sunrise is a curated wine travel platform (“we,” “us,” “our”). We provide personalised Tuscany travel itinerary services for individual travellers (“you,” “member”). By purchasing our services or using our website at vineyardsunrise.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Service
The $349 itinerary curation fee (and the $249 introductory offer) covers:
• A personally curated 3 to 7-day Tuscany itinerary
• Assignment of a named expert curator
• A 30-minute itinerary review call with your curator
• Access to a private WhatsApp group with your curator and the Vineyard Sunrise team throughout your trip
• Up to two rounds of itinerary revisions following the review call
• A 10% discount on your curator's standard guided experience rate
The service does not include accommodation, transport, restaurant bookings, winery entry or tasting fees, guided experience fees, travel insurance or any other travel-related costs. These are paid directly by you to the relevant providers.
3. Payment
Payment is made in full at the time of booking via our secure payment provider (Stripe). All prices are in US dollars. The fee is non-refundable except as stated in Section 4 below.
We do not store your payment card details. All transactions are processed securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund of the fee paid if:
• You notify us before your curator has begun work on your itinerary, or
• After completing the review call and up to two rounds of revisions, your itinerary does not feel genuinely right for your trip.
Refund requests must be made in writing to vineyardsunrisetravel@gmail.com. We will process approved refunds within 7 business days to your original payment method.We do not offer refunds once your trip has commenced or for dissatisfaction with the actual travel experience. Our service covers itinerary curation, not the performance of third-party providers including agriturismos, wineries, restaurants or guided experience operators.
5. Your Curator
We assign your itinerary to the most appropriate curator based on your zone, travel dates and interests. We reserve the right to reassign a curator in the event of unavailability, illness or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of reassignment we will notify you promptly. Our curators are independent professionals, not employees of Vineyard Sunrise. Any additional services you purchase directly from your curator- including guided wine experiences, private tours or tastings- are contracted directly between you and the curator. Vineyard Sunrise is not party to those arrangements and accepts no liability for them.
6. The Expert Day and Additional Experiences
Your itinerary might recommend an Expert Day- a guided wine experience with your curator. The 10% Vineyard Sunrise member discount applies to your curator's standard rate for this and any additional experiences you book with them during your trip. Payment for guided experiences is made directly to your curator unless you have specifically requested billing through Vineyard Sunrise in advance. All such payments are subject to your curator's own terms and pricing. These payments are made in advance of the actual tour.
7. Accuracy of Information
We take care to ensure the information in your itinerary is accurate and current at the time of delivery. However, opening hours, booking requirements, pricing and availability at wineries, agriturismos and restaurants change frequently and are beyond our control. We recommend confirming all bookings directly with each property before your trip. Vineyard Sunrise accepts no liability for changes to third-party services after your itinerary has been delivered.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vineyard Sunrise shall not be liable for:
• Any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered as a result of your trip
• The acts or omissions of any third-party provider including agriturismos, wineries, restaurants, guided experience operators or transport providers
• Changes to itinerary recommendations caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Any indirect, consequential or special loss arising from use of our services
Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
9. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:• Ensuring all travel documents, visas and insurance are in order before travel
• Verifying opening hours and booking requirements directly with each property
• Driving safely and in accordance with Italian road laws
• All costs associated with your trip beyond the curation fee
• Any damage caused to third-party properties during your trip
10. Privacy and Data
We collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number and travel preferences in order to provide the service. This information is shared with your assigned curator for the purpose of building your itinerary. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for any purpose other than providing the Vineyard Sunrise service. For full details please see our Privacy Policy at vineyardsunrise.com/privacy.
11. Intellectual Property
Your itinerary is prepared for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, sell or distribute your itinerary or any part of it without our prior written consent. The Vineyard Sunrise name, logo and all website content are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available at vineyardsunrise.com/terms. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
