-Provide the Vineyard Sunrise itinerary curation service
-Assign and introduce you to your expert curator
-Communicate with you via email and WhatsApp about your itinerary
-Improve our service based on feedback
-Send occasional updates about Vineyard Sunrise if you have opted in
-We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who We Share Your Information With
We share your information only with:
-Your assigned curator — your name, WhatsApp number, travel dates and itinerary preferences are shared with your Vineyard Sunrise curator for the sole purpose of building your itinerary. Our curators are bound by confidentiality obligations.
-Google Sheets & Airtable — we use Airtable to manage member records. Data is stored on Airtable's secure servers. Please refer to airtable.com/privacy for their privacy policy.
-Tally — we use Tally to collect your itinerary request form. Please refer to tally.so/privacy for their privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing companies.
5. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the service and for a period of 24 months afterwards. After this period your data is deleted from our systems unless we are required by law to retain it for longer.
